Yoga

Sri’s hatha yoga classes are heavily influenced by Adi-Yoga. Her classes focus the student on the use of traditional yogic technologies of self-discovery in a fun and challenging way. Classes are structured to bring about a sense of balance and well being, especially with respect to the time of day and season.

Hatha I-III on Sundays @ 4:30 at Yoga Mandala in Berkeley, CA.

Ayurveda & Herbal Medicine

Ayurvedic consultations and education helps personalize yogic principles and bring them off the mat into daily life. Ayurvedic recommendations may include herbal support as well as dietary and lifestyle changes.

Emphasis is given to understanding the particulars of one’s individual constitution and working with the greater energies of the season to bring about overall balance.

Individual consultations and constitutional assessments are available at Yoga Mandala.

Occasionally, fun group cooking classes appear on our schedule on subject ranging from basic nourishment like bone broths and ghees to pressing pickles and fermenting fresh yogurt!

Perinatal Support

Sri offers one-on-one sessions as well as workshops designed to help women and their families during pregnancy and after childbirth. Preparation for and assistance with the postpartum period includes herbs, lactation teas, healing stiz baths, balms, yoga recommendations and even meal preparation (yes, including placenta, if desired!).

Contact Sri directly for information about private yoga, ayurveda, postpartum support and the current workshop schedule.
